Shipping Details
We aim to ship all orders within 2-4 business days of purchase and we ship most items via USPS Ground Advantage (gift cards and stickers are the exceptions). If you have concerns or questions about your shipment status, please contact us at [email protected]. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Pickup Details
For the convenience of our local customers, we offer an in-store pickup option for orders placed on our online merch store. Additionally, we have a select number of items on our web store that are only available for in-store pickup due to the cost and/or logistical challenges of shipping the items. Here’s how our in-store pickup policy works:

- During the checkout process, you can choose the “In-Store Pickup” option if you wish to collect your order from our taproom.
- Once your order is confirmed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.
- Please wait for this confirmation email before coming to the taproom for pickup to ensure that your order is ready. We aim to prep orders as quickly as possible but it typically takes around 2 business days for us to process orders for in-store pickup.
- All “In-Store Pickup” orders must be picked up from our HQ location at 398 S B B King Blvd, Memphis, TN 38126. Orders must be picked up during standard Taproom operating hours.
Steps for In-Store Pickup:
- Once you’ve received confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, visit our taproom during the designated pickup hours.
- Provide your order number and a valid ID to our staff at the bar.
- Our staff will locate and hand over your order to you.
- Please inspect the items at the taproom to ensure they are in satisfactory condition.
Important Notes:
- Orders not picked up within 14 days from the date of the pickup confirmation email will be treated as abandoned, and the items will be restocked. A refund will be processed in line with our refund policy upon request.
- If you are unable to pick up the order personally and wish to have someone else pick it up on your behalf, please provide them with the order number and inform our staff in advance by emailing [email protected].
- If you encounter any issues or changes related to your in-store pickup, please contact our customer support at [email protected].
