If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it.

Provide your order number and a reason for the refund request.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including the return shipping address.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:


We understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit or style. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase but, due to the limited and constantly changing nature of our inventory, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. If you are looking to exchange an item, please complete the steps listed above to request a refund and then initiate a new purchase for the item you prefer.

Returns Policy:

In-Store Pickup Policy:


For the convenience of our local customers, we offer an in-store pickup option for orders placed on our online merch store. Additionally, we have a select number of items on our web store that are only available for in-store pickup due to the cost and/or logistical challenges of shipping the items. Here’s how our in-store pickup policy works:

During the checkout process, you can choose the “In-Store Pickup” option if you wish to collect your order from our taproom.
Once your order is confirmed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.
Please wait for this confirmation email before coming to the taproom for pickup to ensure that your order is ready.
All “In-Store Pickup” orders must be picked up from our HQ location at 398 S B B King Blvd, Memphis, TN 38126. Orders must be picked up during standard Taproom operating hours.

Steps for In-Store Pickup:


Visit our taproom during the designated pickup hours.
Provide your order number and a valid ID to our staff at the bar.
Our staff will locate and hand over your order to you.
Please inspect the items at the taproom to ensure they are in satisfactory condition.

Important Notes:


Orders not picked up within 14 days from the date of the pickup confirmation email will be treated as abandoned, and the items will be restocked. A refund will be processed in line with our refund policy upon request.
If you are unable to pick up the order personally and wish to have someone else pick it up on your behalf, please provide them with the order number and inform our staff in advance by emailing info@wiseacrebrew.com.
